Beta: Start an async coverage job from a multipart CSV file. Each row is one estimate check. The file can hold at most 5000 rows, not counting the header row; larger files are rejected with 422. Poll GET /v1/jobs/{job_id} for status and GET /v1/jobs/{job_id}/results for the output file. Maximum 5000 data rows.
